Today’s Outside of the Box Entrepreneur Series is excited to introduce you to Rassami Latmore. I was fortunate a couple of years ago to be introduced to Rassami through a previous business partner of mine. I was fortunate to get to know her on a more personal level – which is where I truly recognized her own expertise and true willingness to help others better their lives with a vehicle like network marketing. Rassami has often been on the back end of her and her husbands success, and this could even be viewed as the most critical part of their multi million dollar careers together. As a mother, a wife and a successful business woman, there is one thing you can always count on with Rassami Latmore – that is transparency. She prides her business on ethics, and believing in the “underdog”.
More recently, you can catch Rassami delivering a value packed Live Stream on Facebook and connecting with her on social media. Her new venture, Biz Chicks, is focused at women, in and out of the network marketing profession, and will be launched soon. But, without further delay, allow me to introduce you to Rassami Latmore.
What sparked your drive to become an entrepreneur?
I wanted a Life, something afforded for me not by a job, BUT by working on my terms. I know my worth and a “job” was not going to make me feel “worthy” I wanted time with our Kids and my Husband. I wanted to travel and to live LIFE on MY terms!
You’ve been selected as an “out of the box entrepreneur” would you agree with this statement?
Out of the Box for me means so many different things. What might seem “normal” to others might not be “normal” to me. I stepped out of the shadow of my already well known Husband. And made a name for myself. I learned how not to shy away from the spotlight and WHY it is so important to be a Woman of success BUT still be REAL. And relate to those that think they cannot do it. Become successful We all have the same 24 hours in a day.
It is what you DO with them that will determine the outcome of your Life.
If you could have given yourself a piece of knowledge or advice when you started what would that be?
Stop comparing yourself to others. Stop thinking you are not good enough or that you don’t deserve the success that is on the other side of the door. Develop some tough skin. And LEARN from every negative experience you have. That is so important. Accept fault when your wrong. Learn and GROW from it.
To what do you attribute your success? What would say are the five key elements for starting and running a successful business?
My Husband. A HUGE support system for me.
Five Key Elements:
- Be accountable to YOURSELF.
- Write down your goals.
- Be available 24/7. You are not better than everyone else.
- Know your products/company
- Celebrate EVERY mile stone you reach! That is so important.
Who has been your greatest inspiration and why?
My Husband. Watching him over the Years. Watching how he does day to day activities. How he continually grows everyday in reading and doing things to BETTER himself. He is an amazing human being. I also am inspired by my Kids. They are amazing. And will continue to grow and be successful as the years go on! They aren’t perfect. BUT We live and learn from everything.
And not to be long, BUT my Father. He lived his life giving to others, making this WORLD a better place. We didn’t have all the money in the World, BUT you would have never known it. He made everyday a day that counted. And he still lives this way to this day. He is my TRUE Hero.

When I began this series of interviews, reaching out to successful, full time, entrepreneurs, I had one purpose – for this information to touch someone, somewhere who might be thinking of giving up. Reaching someone who needed to know that entrepreneurship isn’t always rainbows and awesome sauce – but there’s a real hustle, a real grind. Know that if you put in the work, success is inevitable.
